WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If the product is customized or personalized we cannot accept returns. However, if there is a problem with your product you received contact us and we will address any concerns.
Products that are not customized or personalized are returnable within 14 days from delivery date for store credit. Contact customer service to start your return.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

We offer gift certificates that can be used on our online store!

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept payments through our website.
If you happen to see us at a show we accept: card, cash, and venmo.

DO YOU DO BULK ORDERS?

If you have a large order you would like to make, whether it's for a business, a wedding or another event, contact us with information regarding what you would like to order. We will follow up with you and your order could qualify for a discount!
